Binance futures will halt trading for $Luna and $UST on Terra’s network. The suspension is due to slowness of the network and congestion.
Binance futures will update the leverage and margin tiers of the USDT-MARGINED LUNA CONTRACTS on 2022-05-12
This decision is in consideration to the drastic fall of the price of Luna, where nearly $39 billion was wiped off from its market capitalization in the last 72 hours.

Reportedly, Crypto exchanges Kraken and Coin List have also suspended withdrawals. FTX is still processing UST.
